Shipping resumes + apology for communication errors

Dear Backers,
Thank you for your kind understanding and support for this crowdfunding campaign.
We have been re-organizing the office to fulfill the outstanding shipments since last week. By the end of this week, we aim to fulfill the outstanding crowdfunding backers. We will then move on to accessory orders and C mount cover replacements.
We have also contacted all backers who have their packages returned to us. Please check your email for any reshipment notices and we will follow up from there.
Notice:
Due to the work from home arrangement, it took me a while to realize there was some miscommunications within the company. We have been diligently updating the Indiegogo updates but the same updates were not communicated to the Kickstarter page.
We also did not check our official contact email due to a technical error causing an email redirect. We have since resolved it and will be following up with queries from this week onward.
We're sorry for any inconvenience caused and aim to do better.

Dear Backers,
Here’s the update on the project.
We have received emails from approximately 10 backers who have not received their camera. We will be consolidating those for shipping shortly.
We apologize for not shipping out the accessories yet. The cause of the delay is due to some fire safety arrangement at the new office location. It caused a cascade of delays in moving of our office by first pushing the move into Lunar New Year. The move delay is now compounded by the 2019 Novel Corona Virus situation in Singapore, where DORSCON Orange alert level was issued to prevent its spread. The team had been working from home since DORSCON Orange was announced and most of the inventory have been packed up for moving.
We’ll resume shipping shortly, first starting with smaller items such as the C-mount plastic shields.

The Team at TinyMOS wishes a Happy New Year to everyone!
Here's a short clip of the Annular Solar Eclipse taken from Singapore using the NANO1 and the 75mm lens. Unfortunately, dark clouds rolled in right at the point of totality, we removed the solar filter to let in enough light, but it caused the image to be slightly out of focus. Still a rather interesting and dramatic view of the solar eclipse, from a tiny camera.

Delivery
Due to the festivities, we could not arrange shipment of the last batch earlier. We've gotten the shipments ready and it will be handed to the postal center by tomorrow. All batch 2 backers would be fully shipped!
Please note that we have a small group of backers who have not replied to our emails and requests to complete their Backerkit fulfillment survey.
If you have not received your camera, please make sure you've completed the survey, by 31th January 2020.
Wealso have a small amount of shipments that were returned to us, unclaimed. Please contact us for redelivery by 31st January 2020 as well.
Software
We have received a few notification that the iOS companion app version 1.2 isn't working. We've discovered the bug and have submitted a new app version 1.3 to the Apple Store. It is currently in review and should be available in the next week.
C mount Shield Replacement
C mount shield replacement for backers who have paid $5 have started shipping. We're consolidating and shipping the free replacements starting next week.

Dear Backers, here’s the fortnightly update on the NANO1 project.
Fulfillment:
We are in the midst of packing for the batch 2 cameras at the moment. Having included the accessories, C mount cover and camera orders from our webstore, it appears that we are taking longer than fore-casted for the packing. We will attempt to ship at least part of the orders by this Friday.
Software:
Both iOS and Android applications for the NANO1 have received upgrades. They include more stable and accurate performance for the remote star map, particularly for the iOS version. Do check them out!

Milky Way Shot with NANO1 on a trip earlier this year
Fulfillment:
Dear Backers, all crowdfunding orders, except for batch 2 orders have been shipped! Thank you so much for your support that let us cross this milestone.
Backers who are in batch one, who have yet to receive their cameras, please check if you have completed your Backerkit survey, or contact us. We do have a small number of cameras returned to us by the postal service, uncollected as well.
We have received the full quantity of upgraded C-mount covers. Shipping for all accessories ordered from Kickstarter/Indiegogo/our web store will re-commence next week. All accessories ordered from our web-store will now come with the upgraded C-mount cover. Please check out the store here https://www.tinymos.com/store
We will be updating the iOS App Store version with the Star Map feature as well. The feature is still in beta, as iOS collects the spatial sensor data differently from Android. We’re working to make sure its bug free. It works to a limited extent at the moment.
